Use
the forgot password feature
click
here. Please enter the
domain name without www.
The system will email you your
access details (for
domain name management).
Details will be emailed to
the admin email contact (which
is normally the email address
used when you ordered the domain
name)
This feature will only work
if you registered your domain
name through Pickaweb.
*If you have registered your
domain name through another
company you need to contact
them in order to make name server
changes.
If you have registered your
domain name thorugh Pickaweb
but no longer have access to
the email address you will need
to request the change of
the admin email contact.
In order to change your admin
contact email please fax copies
of two pieces of identification
such as drivers licence, social
security card or an invoice/bill
with your name & address showing
at the top. Alternatively you
may scan & e-mail us at: accounts@pickaweb.co.uk
