If you do not have your details, please use the forgotten password feature to retrieve your login details.

The details will be emailed to the address shown above.

Alternatively, please email shopper@worldpay.com or you can phone on +44 (0)870 742 7001.

Unfortunately we do not have access to your WorldPay account so are unable to update your details.

Once you have updated your card details please call us on 0871 218 0841 - technical support or email support@pickaweb.co.uk and request that we unsuspend your account.
