Will you place ads on my site?

No. Your website will not have ads.

Do you allow adult content sites?

No. We do not allow adult content websites on our servers.

Do you offer a control panel with your hosting services?

Yes we do offer cpanel control panel. You can manage all aspects of your hosting through this easy to use tool.

Can I still use your web hosting services if I have registered my domain name elsewhere?

Yes you can. When we process your order we will also send you the required DNS (name servers) where your domain name should point to in order for the hosting service to work.Name server changes take approx 24 hours to take effect.

Do you support FrontPage extensions?

Yes we do. It comes FREE with the web hosting service. You just need to login to your web hosting control panel, click on the FrontPage icon, and click on istall. It will automatically do this for you and you will be able to publish your website using the FrontPage design tool.

How do I transfer files to my website?

You can upload your files to your hosting space using an ftp programme like ws_ftp, cute ftp. You can also pulish your website using our FREE website builder tool. Try the website builder demo now!

Can I pay for this service monthly or yearly?

You can for the service either monthly or yearly. There are no contracts and you can cancel the service anytime.

What methods of payment do you offer?

You can make the payment using any of the major credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro etc. We also accept payments via PayPal and cheques.

Do you offer shell access?

Unfortunatelly due to security reasons we do not offer this option. You can instead use the Cpanel File Manager

How long will it take for my domain to start working?

A domain name can take 24 hours to fully propagate on the internet.What should i set the name servers (DNS) to?If your domain is a new registration done through Pickaweb we will change the name servers for you. If you are transferring your domain name to Pickaweb you will receive an email with these details.

How do I access my hosting control panel?

You would need to go to the following address www.yourdomain.com/cpanel

How do I access Webmail?

You would need to go to the following address www.yourdomain.com/webmail as username you would enter your full email address and the password you gave to it when you set it up in the control panel.

How do I setup email accounts?

You will need to go to your web hosting control panel, go to Mail and add/remove email accounts.

When setting up my emails in my email programme what should i set the incoming and outgoing mail server?

You should set both incoming and outgoing mail server as mail.yourdomain.com
