There is a "Reset your password" feature that will email you a new password if you do not have the access details for your billing/client area.

When you are logged in, please click on "Domains" and select "Renew Domains" from drop down menu. Then select the domains that you wish to renew from the list and the numbers of years that you wish to renew your domain names.

The invoice for domain name renewal will be generated on your request.

Setting Your Domain To Auto Renew

For extra peace of mind you can set your domain name to auto-renew through the Pickaweb client area at: Pickaweb client area

When you are logged in, please select the link ''My domains" & select "manage domain" next to the domain that you want to disable/enable.

Then next to “Current Status” select the required option.

Please note that if the auto- renewal option has been enabled for your domain name you will still get the renewal reminders up until the domains are renewed on the expiry date.
