In this post we will show you how to fix the 500 Internal Server Error

Follow these steps:

1. Rules starting with redirect should be renamed to standard format RewriteRule. This is the one compatible with the latest apache version. All the redirection set from cPanel will be compatible. You need to check only the custom redirection rules added from your end.



2. If
Mod_security was disabled by the command “SecFilter”, please remove that code and contact support to disable the Mod_securirty for the account. The rule may look like as below.

<IfModule mod_security.c>

SecFilterEngine Off

SecFilterScanPOST Off
