In this post I will explain the different backup options you have to create backups of your website.
Backup options in cPanel
The cPanel of every account used to have the options to download daily, weekly and monthly backups. However, following the recent changes we had in our systems and policies, this feature has been taken off from cPanel.
However, as you are aware, we do not run servers without any disaster recovery options. Backups are now centralized and are running every day. We’ve implemented R1Soft as the server backup software for continuous data protection.
You can always take a most recent backup of your account from within your cPanel and keep it somewhere safe.
