We have upgraded the server you are hosted on. If you are experiencing issues sending or receiving emails you just need to make a slight tweak to your email settings. If you use a tool like Outlook, just go to the email account in question & identify your incoming & outgoing mail settings.

These should be set to:

Mail.YOURDOMAINHERE – eg: if your domain name is businessonline.com then your mail settings should be:mail.businessonline.com

If that does not work, then you can use the server’s mail settings.
