You can update your personal details in your billing area at:

There is a forgotten password feature which will email you the login details – if you do not receive them please respond to this email so that we can verify for you.

When you are logged in, please select ”Update My details” and introduce the new information.

Once logged in to your Client/ Billing are you can update the details on your domain names. Please select from DOMAINS “My domains”  and select the domain that you wish to update. Then select “Manage domain”. Under Management Tools select “Contact Information” and you will be able to introduce the new contact details.

Please select ”Domain locking” (for .com, .biz, .info, .net, .org, .co domains) & disable the lock and update the details.
