You can update your card details via the latest invoice in your billing area. There is a forgotten password feature which will email you the login details – if you do not receive them please respond to this email so that we can verify for you. The invoice is located in the “Billing” area. Please select “My Invoices” from the drop down menu.
Paying with Debit or Credit Card
When making payment please select the option “Pay via Credit or Debit Card” if you wish to pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that the card details will be stored on the secure WorldPay system and will be used to pay for any subsequent invoices unless you request otherwise. To remove the card details just email [email protected] & we will remove them.
Paying With PayPal
If you wish to pay via PayPal please select that option on the invoice & you will be taken to the PayPal login page where you need to enter your PayPal login credentials.
Please note that if you current invoice is overdue an ongoing PayPal subscription will not be created and the payment will be for the current invoice. If you wish to create an ongoing payment subscription with PayPal all you need to do is to log in on the day that the next invoice is created to make payment as the PayPal subscriptions can only be created on the day that the invoice is created.
