Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in the web hosting industry using cPanel/WHM
- Understanding of the different types of web hosting (shared, reseller, dedicated and vps)
- Good telephone manner
- Experience with support tools such as WHMCS, Livechatinc, Hostbillapp
- Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Joomla & Drupal.
- Experience fixing issues such as email problems, DNS, FTP,
- Good internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Inbound calls for tech support and sales.
- Tech support chats and tickets.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a web developer
- Experience with HTML5, PHP, PSD to HTML, CodeIgniter, WordPress & Bootstrap
- Able to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during UK business hours. 9:00 - 17:00 London, UK Time
